Coronavirus Tips you can Use Today
Thanks to the spread of Coronavirus in Chattanooga, every one of its residents has faced a significant change in their day-to-day life. However, there is a solution available. We all can remain informed and continue to follow established tips as recommended by the CDC and the World Health Organization (WHO), which include but aren’t limited to:
- Wash the hands: This is the number one thing you can do to help limit the spread of coronavirus. By using soap and water and following the CDC recommendation of a minimum of 20 seconds at a time, you can help prevent the spread of coronavirus.
- Sanitizer counts: When hand washing isn’t possible, it’s time for sanitizer. This can help kill the germs and bacteria on your hands as well. In order to be effective, the sanitizer needs to be at least 60% alcohol to help prevent coronavirus.
- Practice self-isolation: This isn’t optional for Chattanooga residents. Make sure to stay at home as much as possible. If you must go out, it’s crucial to maintain a distance of six feet from everyone else that happens to be out.
- Clean your home: Keep the home clean as well for maximum protection. This requires you to sanitize and disinfect the home. If you’re not sure what’s needed to stay protected, just follow the sanitization protocol established by the World Health Organization.
